New Auto-injector wins iF Design Award 2017

Nuance Designs are proud to announce that the innovative Quantum™ Auto-injector has won an iF Design Award 2017. For over 60 years, the iF Design Award has been recognized as an arbiter of quality for exceptional design and is a testament to the level of engineering that was involved to design and create Quantum.

Award Winning Design

With over 5,500 entries from 59 countries it’s fair to say that competition was intense. The 58-member jury, made up of independent experts from all over the world, were impressed with Quantum because of its innovative drive system and patient-centric design.

Out of the many device features, two key concepts were highlighted to the judges:

The injector status can be easily checked using the integrated Dose Status Indicator at the top of the device. Users can relax their grip during injection without fear of the device springing away from the injection site.
